How we count
Our reporting method
A number on a charity website is worth exactly as much as the record behind it. Ours are drawn from a signed outreach sheet recording the date, the ward, the partner facility or school, and the headcount.
Where a figure cannot be reconciled against that sheet, we do not publish it. That means some of our totals are smaller than they could be. It also means they hold up when a funder checks.
If you have worked alongside us and your record differs from ours, please tell us. We correct it in the next quarterly report and state what changed.
Independent verification. Our annual activity report and financial summary are available to institutional funders on request, and downloadable from the Partner With Us page.
